Seeing our advertisement “We can use your plans and build at a fixed price”, these clients came to Peninsula Homes after a few knockdown and rebuild designs had been quoted by other builders that were out of their budget. Due to the many uniques aspects and the great final design, the home was featured on Best Houses Australia in 2015!

Our client was set on a renovation to their existing home when they first spoke with Peninsula Homes. However, we were able to design and build a complete new home for a similar cost to that of the renovation.

We had to make the most of a small 420m² block with sweeping ocean views and build a home that was easy to look after, easy to live in and that would also accommodate large family gatherings.
