Internally, a layered palette of materials brings warmth and authenticity. Recycled brickwork anchors the stairwell, complemented by reclaimed barn oak timber features, polished concrete floors and a sculptural integrated concrete kitchen benchtop, all of which are functional and visually stunning.
Sustainability was central to the brief. The home incorporates a 19-panel solar system, in-slab heating, comprehensive insulation throughout, and extensive use of large louvre windows and doors to promote natural cross-flow ventilation. All work in harmony to enhance comfort and reduce energy reliance.
