When the clients first approached us, they had been exploring options with volume builders. However, the site's significant 6-metre fall from rear to front called for a more considered approach. Our custom design solution allowed us to minimise excavation while maximising the home's outlook, ultimately delivering a stunning beachside home within CDC parameters.
